Hi! I'm Megan, welcome to my portfolio site!

 

On these pages are samples of my written work, as well as graphic design and multimedia projects I've completed.  I recently received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Journalism and Media Studies from Saint Louis University. 

 

Ultimately, I work to utilize all forms of media to present stories to audiences that are clever, concise, impactful, and informative. 

 

As Editor in Chief of The University News at Saint Louis University, I learned to manage a team, design a layout, work with advertisers, and create stories that involve and inform the student body of what is happening both on and off campus.

Through various internships, held at nationally recognized businesses like Sapper Consulting and 5280 Magazine, I have expanded my skills to content marketing, social media strategy and photography.

On the rare occasion I'm not in the newsroom, I'm surfing through mood boards on Pinterest or picking up design skills from HGTV.
